The Fireworks’ Intranet Is Launched

The Fireworks Marketing Group’s Intranet went live today. Due to its intuitive features, Actuent Web Development was able to train the Fireworks’ staff within an hour on using the intranet. Actuent incorporated helpful hints and instructions throughout the intranet to make the user experience less stressful and more productive.

Prior to the intranet, Fireworks had to share large digital files, too large to email, via compact disk and courier. Now with the Actuent File Management system that is incorporated into the Fireworks’ Intranet, they can share those same files, within seconds, with their clients. Actuent’s post deployment test results showed that Fireworks’ clients found the system to be a great avenue for keeping abreast of all facets of the projects that Fireworks was handling for them.
