Tourism Whistler, Max West, and Actuent team up to announce Olympic Bid

Actuent Web Development utilized the Actuent Mailing List Manager to send out a beautifully designed HTML email to 4500 people to announce the IOC Olympic Bid Results. All recipients of the email were in stored in a Tourism Whistler Excel File. Actuent utilizing their database expertise were able to quickly transfer the information to a normalized online database that the Actuent Mailing List Manager used to do the mail out.

The HTML email had a link to a sophisticated Flash Movie (designed by Actuent) that promoted awareness and the benefits of visiting Vancouver and Whistler. Actuent Web Development, given only a short time to come up with a solution, executed the email campaign flawlessly; showing an excellent mix of design ability and functionality.
