Actuent Delivers Designs for the 2003 TD Award of Excellence

In association with Fireworks Marketing Group, Actuent implements designs for the 2003 TD Awards of Excellence to be held at year's end. Online Registration Forms were built to gather attendee preferences, giving them the ability to:
- Provide contact and guest information
- Provide phonetic spelling of attendee's name
- Indicate hotel room preferences
- Provide a list of any food allergies
- Indicate personal preference for the order of the day's events and activities
Form elements were built within the branded TD Awards design, which were optimized for display on the web.
